We only collect what you send through the contact form: first name, last name, email, phone, the service you are interested in, and your message.

Along with that submission we record the IP address it came from and the page it was sent from, so we can catch automated submissions and know which content prompts inquiries.

We do not ask for or store card details, Social Security numbers or identity documents through this site.

To answer your inquiry and, if you decide to hire us, to handle the filing you ask for. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not add you to any mailing list just because you wrote to us.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

When you hire a filing, the information needed is submitted to the relevant agency (FMCSA, IRS, the applicable state motor vehicle department), which is the purpose of the engagement itself.

Notice of your message reaches us by email through our own mail server. The site is hosted on a server under our control.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and carries no third-party analytics or social media pixels.

The contact page embeds a Google map to show our location. That component belongs to Google and may collect data under its own policies. If you would rather avoid it, the address is also written out in text.

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept while they may still be useful to assist you, and then deleted.

Documentation tied to completed filings is kept for the period required by the regulations that apply to each type of record.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to UCS@usacarriersolution.com and we will respond.

If you ask us to delete data needed for a filing in progress, we will explain what that means before doing it.

This site is aimed at transport professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date shown above.
